HIFI Art Express' & Sarah J Preston's Terms of Service Agreement:
This terms of service agreement covers the use of our website, purchase of our art and clothing products, and attendance of our paint & sips and appearances. All purchases of our art and clothing must adhere to our terms and conditions and are subject to our return and exchange policies. Appearances by Sarah J Preston require paid in full airfare round trip airflight, a driver, security and vehicle+ 5 star hotel accommodations in the U.S. only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not agree to our Terms of Service Agreement. We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service Agreement at any time without notice. By using our website, purchasing our products, or attending our paint & sips or appearances, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service Agreement.

Refund policy for HIFI ART EXPRESS
Our refund policy for art and clothing is simple: all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to provide store credit for any items that are unsatisfactory upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for appearances or paint and sips events. If an event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund. We thank you for understanding and appreciate your business.
