HiFi offers free replacement and a return if any items you order are damaged or has a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.
However, refunds and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color or has incorrect shipping information.
HiFi Art Express is working daily to ensure quality products and to update policies to ensure customers may receive refunds for incorrect color or sizes in the future.
