During the beginning of my art mastering journey, I looked for the foundation of symbolism to use in art to make sure I expressed myself in accuracy, and I started with nature and animals as my muse. In my search I couldn't help but notice the Bengal Tiger, simply being from Cincinnati of coarse! But I had to look into the Tiger, and during my research the Tiger has many useful characteristics in dealing with Independance, here's what I found that Inspired me...
1. Strength. The Tiger uses its strength to pull and drive itself to what it desires. (motivation)
2. Shrewd Perception. The tiger veers out and watches its full environment as far out and looks to see every detail, stays in tune with its desire, and stays focused on how to get it, what to do and also any obstacles in its way. It sets to remove the obstacles, yet stays focused on its desires and never waning throughout the process. (dedication)
3. Beauty. I see the Tiger knows its beauty and takes time for self care. The Tiger cares for itself and does not look for any validation, it simply cares for itself and knows no bounds.
With these 3 traits: Perception, self care and strength, the tiger has the ability to master itself and surroundings and makes the Tiger Independant of other animals, yet has a sense of comradery amongst its family & takes good care of its own, if trustworthy. (self love & care)
During the search of Independance, you may not desire to rely on another being, not to be stubborn but, to self realize that you can do for yourself, and thus become empowered within and master your skills that empower you, by the art and practice of the skillsets that make you Independant. Thus eventually becoming an authority at that mastered skill.
7 years ago I did not know how to paint, I knew I loved to draw and I started there. I set aside 2-3 hours a week to practice, but my intentions were to be good at something I loved to do. You can be good, to great ,to mastering a skill. Stay focused, consistent and dedicated and be independent when relying on advice, stay on your desire and never waning, like the Tiger ask yourself and your inner winner will always answer.
